What you are buying. Two digital guides in PDF form, with printable tools and trackers inside them. Everything is delivered as a download. Nothing is posted to you and there is no physical product.

What you may do with them. You may read the guides and print the tools as many times as you like, for yourself and for the people in your household. Print a fresh tracker every month if that is useful. That is what they are for.

What you may not do. Please do not resell the files, give them away, upload them anywhere, post your download link publicly, or reproduce the content commercially.

Delivery and payment. Gumroad handles the sale as merchant of record. Their terms apply to the transaction alongside these, and your receipt will come from them.

What these guides are, and are not. They are educational materials. Reading them does not make me your doctor, and it does not create a physician-patient relationship between us. They will not diagnose anything and they are not a substitute for care from a clinician who knows your history. They exist to help you observe, record and prepare, so the person treating you has better information to work with.
